etrack1 comes in 3 different packages – all packages consist of:
- Setup and Configuration
- A regular subscription
- A price per etrack1 ticket (thread) – where the price per ticket depends on the period for which we have to store your data.
The subscription fee paid for access to etrack1 is a fixed price that is independent of the number of users.
This means that etrack1 can be disseminated to all employees and departments who contribute to the process of responding to customers’ enquiries.
